The instructors of the North Carolina School of Biblical Studies will give progress reports to students, as they deem necessary. Students are encouraged to meet with their instructor regarding their progress. In addition, papers will be returned to students indicating any areas that need improvement by the student.  Academic progress will be monitored by the Academic Dean.  The Director and the Academic Dean will be informed concerning any student who is experiencing difficulty.  The Academic Dean will confer with the student to examine his deficiencies.

A grade report card will be given to each student at the end of each quarter. The Academic Dean will record all grade reports and make them available after graduation in the form of a transcript.
